He mentioned the other administrators as his sister Vida Djomoah and one Philip Owusu Koranteng who is now deceased. Upon this discovery his co-adminstratrix caused her lawyer to write to the defendant demanding the release of the said document but the defendant responded that the property in issue had been mortgaged to it by the plaintiff and Vida to secure a loan from
