font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;tab-stops: 0cm"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"> 1. The Defence was finally filed on the 4<sup>th</sup> February 2019 to which a Reply was filed by the Plaintiff on 18<sup>th</sup> March 2019.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;tab-stops: 0cm"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;tab-stops: 0cm"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">On the 2<sup>nd</sup> May 2019 the Plaintiff filed “Motion on Notice for Order for Accounts pursuant to Order 29 of CI 47.”which was served on the Defendant on the 6<sup>th</sup> May 2019 thus complying with basic rules of service on the authority of <b>The Trustees of the Synagogue Church of All Nations v Agyeman 2010 SCGLR per Atuguba JSC (as he then was)<o:p></o:p></b></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;tab-stops: 0cm"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;tab-stops: 0cm"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">On the return date of the Order 29 application which was 15<sup>th</sup> May 2019 the Defendant wrote a letter seeking adjournment on medical grounds with accompanying medical certificate.
