On January 24, 2000 the High Court delivered judgment in this matter against the Defendants, jointly and severally pursuant to Terms of Settlement executed by the parties. According to the Plaintiffs, between January and July 2003, the 1<sup>st</sup> Defendant made a total part-payment of <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">£</span>14, 607.39 to the Plaintiffs’ lawyer, the payment of which was far below his undertaking under the Terms of Settlement.
