He had a girlfriend, the second complainant who lives in Ampabeng also in Kumasi. On 4<sup>th</sup> January 2010, the first complainant who lives at Adowato in Kumasi drove his Toyota Saloon vehicle with registered number AS 394-09 to the house of second complainant at Ampabeng for a visit. The complainants were in the said vehicle conversing when they were attacked by the accused persons. The appellant was alleged to have been holding a gun and pointed it at the complainants and ordered them out of the car.
