The said Motion Ex-parte which was fixed for 25<sup>th</sup> April, 2016 prayed the Court for an order that the Re-entry Notice as well as all Court processes filed and subsequent processes be served on the Appellant by substituted service. The motion was granted by the District Court. After the grant of the Motion for substituted service the case was called on 16<sup>th</sup> June, 2016 and when the Appellant failed to show up judgment was entered for the Respondent.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:150%;tab-stops:333.1pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">The Court held as follows:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:150%;tab-stops:333.1pt"><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height: 150%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">“The Defendant/Respondent herein was duly served with the Plaintiff’s writ.
