The contempt application has its roots from the case with suit No. C1/41/2020 instituted by the Applicant then as Plaintiff against the Respondent and a Company known as BLU CONSULT LIMITED. When the Company allocated the building to the Applicant and without her knowledge the Respondent moved into occupation of the building.
