Emmanuel Amaniampong</i></b> was obtained by fraud and deceit and further that the judgment was also void as the plaintiff in that suit failed to state his residential address on the writ. The plaintiff applied for directions to be taken in this matter the return date of which was 23<sup>rd</sup> February 2021.
