A declaration that the Defendant and his faction belong to the Royal Kokodo Abantwewa Ebiradze Family of Ngeresia which is under the Essikado Paramountcy and are not members of the Royal Kokodo Ebiradze Family of Fijai.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:72.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -36.0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">2. A declaration that the Defendant and his faction have no capacity to challenge the 1st Plaintiff’s installation as the Gazetted Chief of Fijai or to determine who has a right to mount the stool of Fijai.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:72.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -36.0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">3. A declaration that the Defendant’s attempts to challenge the installation and gazetted chief of Fijai, that is, the 1st Plaintiff is contrary to the custom and traditional practice of the Fijai Stool since the Fijai Stool belongs to the Royal Kokodo Ebiradze Family of Fijai and not the Royal Kokodo Abantwewa Ebiradze Family of Ngeresia.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:72.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -36.0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">4. A perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant and his faction, their agents, servants etc from interfering with Fijai Stool affairs and the customary functions and duties of the 1st Plaintiff as the gazetted Chief of Fijai.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:36.0pt;line-height: 150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">Prior to the aforesaid action, the Applicant herein issued a writ against the 1<sup>st</sup> Interested Party herein and the National House of Chiefs at the High Court, Sekondi. The said suit is titled: <b>OSOFO JOSHUA DONKOR VRS EGYA AMOH a.k.a. NANA EKOW GYESA II AND NATIONAL HOUSE OF CHIEFS</b> with suit number <b>E12/28/2020</b>. In an amended writ filed on 29<sup>th</sup> April, 2020 the Plaintiff therein is seeking the following reliefs against the Defendants therein:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:72.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -36.0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">1. An order directing the National House of Chiefs to delete the name of the Defendant from the National Register of Chiefs as the Chief of Fijai with the stool name Ekow Gyesa II on grounds that;<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:108.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -36.0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">i. The entry of the Defendant’s name in the National Register of Chiefs was procured through fraud.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:108.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -36.0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">ii. The entry of the Defendant’s name in the National Register of Chiefs was conditioned on the satisfaction of Section 62 (2) of the Chieftaincy Act, 2008, Act 759 but the Defendant did not satisfy that condition.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:72.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -36.0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">2.
