Introduction:<o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:107%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">[1] The decision of the Circuit Court, Tema made in December 2013 is the subject matter of this suit. Further to an application for the release of a Toyota Camry and a Toyota Corolla which were impounded by the Ghana Police Service further to an arrest of certain individuals, including one Antoinette Gbedzo, the Court after reviewing the evidence and analysing same refused the application and stated “I refuse his application and I order the two vehicles, Toyota Corolla GC 6976-12 and Toyota Camry GB 6615-12 in the possession of the police to be kept in the court premises with keys kept by the Registrar”. By that ruling the Court ordered that the Toyota Camry vehicle which was in the possession of the said Antoinette Gbedzo, who was arrested by the police, be preserved until the determination of the case. The Plaintiff who is the owner of the Toyota Camry vehicle has in this suit sued the Attorney-General, the Registrar of the Circuit Court and the 3rd Defendant, which is a car rental company and seeks a declaratory order and recovery of possession of the vehicle and other judicial reliefs endorsed on the writ of summons against the Defendants. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:107%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">ii.
