The sum of GH 5,113,217.24 being outstanding balance of petroleum products.<o:p></o:p></span></i></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:36.0pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">b. Alternatively Judicial Sale of Property Nos. WR 1750/2005, Apimanim and WR 551/13, Nkroful used as Collateral.<o:p></o:p></span></i></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;text-indent:36.0pt;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">That pursuant to terms of settlement filed by the Applicant and Respondents, consent judgment was entered in favour of the Applicant on 03/05/2019. By the said consent judgment, the Plaintiffs/Respondents were to pay the sum of GH8,100,000.00 within sixty (60) months at a monthly installment of GH135,000.00 effective 31/05/2019. Consequently, entry of judgment was duly filed and served on the Respondents. However, Respondents defaulted in the payment terms and Applicant obtained leave of the Court to go into execution. Applicant proceeded to file a Writ of Fieri Facias and attached the Respondents properties including the fuel station at Nkroful. After the attachment of the properties of the Plaintiffs/Respondents they approached the Applicant with a proposal for payment of the judgment debt leading to the filing of post-judgment terms of settlement which were adopted by the Court, suspending the execution of the judgment with liberty to proceed in the event of default. Respondents defaulted and Applicant applied and obtained reserved price for the Respondents properties. The fuel station at Nkroful was sold by public auction on 04/06/2021 and same was bought by the 2<sup>nd</sup> Defendant.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;text-indent:36.0pt;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">After the
