The Union served a formal notice on the Employer in May 2022 for a review of the Collective Agreement and Salaries for its Members. The Company agreed for the review of the Collective Agreement and to undertake negotiations. The Employer subsequently sent a letter to the Union advising it that the Company has been sold and as a result, the planned review of the existing Collective Agreement has been terminated.
