Again, it is her contention that, the house number E534/16 Maamobi belonged to her mother, Teni Hausa, who adopted her. The deceased Teni Hausa and Musah Zabrama were also Moslems and married under the Mohammedan Law. The plaintiff testified that she was adopted by Teni Hausa who owned the property in dispute. He agreed that the said house, D534/16 was built when they the defendants were not born. The defendants did not deny growing up to see the plaintiff in the house. They were all housing. Evidence on record show that, Teni Hausa adopted the plaintiff before the marriage to Musah Zabrama. This, the defendants deny that, there was no adoption but that, the plaintiff was only living with their s
