The plaintiff instituted the action through his attorney, one John Kojo Wilson. The plaintiff described himself in the statement of claim as currently resident in the United States of America. National Investment Bank & 2 Ors.; Civil Appeal No. J4/63/2016 </i>(21<sup>st</sup> June 2017) </b>and also in the light of Order 2 rule 4(2) of C. On 16<sup>th</sup> June 2023, only counsel for the defendant had filed his legal submissions. I then adjourned the suit to today 23<sup>rd</sup> June 2023 for ruling. As at the time I am delivering this ruling, I have not received any submissions from counsel for the plaintiff.
